Jethro discovered his passion for food when he received a copy of Annick Giroux’s Hellbent For Cooking in the mail marrying his love of music with the kitchen. It was a catalyst that led him down the path of innovative cooking techniques and to co-found Jet City Gastrophysics to continue his culinary education.

Scott is a self proclaimed geek who cooks. He’s been featured in the New York Times, Make magazine, and the Food Network. His blog Seattle Food Geek chronicles his forays into cooking with recipes, reviews, food photography, and his famous DIY $75 Sous Vide Immersion Circulator.
