So, this conversation over Twitter happened recently:

I mean, yes, there is a Nordic Food Lab and of course the Modernist Cuisine Cooking Lab,  but Gastrophysics Labs doesn’t publish papers or hold scientific seminars.  We cook for fun.  If Mugaritz is a kitchen, then Gastrophysics Labs is definitely a kitchen.

So, in honor of Mugaritz, going forward Gastrophysics Labs shall be known as ¡Cocina de Gastrophysics!  It’s “kitchen” in Spanish.  C’mon, We gotta keep it kinda fancy…
